The 2025 Food & Wine Classic


For over 40 years some of the best culinary talent around the world has come to Aspen to celebrate everything food, drink, and hospitality. With more than 70 celebrity chefs and beverage experts, parties across the city, demonstrations, and talks, this weekend is going to be one for the record books.

This year, at the 42nd Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, familiar faces like Andrew Zimmern, Maneet Chauhan, Claudette Zepeda, Tyler Florence, Giada De Laurentiis, Antoni Porowski, Phil Rosenthal, and many, many more are making their way back to the top of the mountain. With dozens of live cooking and cocktail demonstrations; over 200 brands of wine, spirits, and gourmet bites at the Grand Tasting — plus a brand new wine bar — and the Top of the Mountain party, the weekend is full of nonstop flavor and fun.

Some of the highlights include: Zimmern’s cooking demo, Crustacean King: Crab Recipes Fit for Royalty; a Cooking in the Kitchen seminar with Porowski; three live tapings of Food & Wine’s award-winning Tinfoil Swans podcast with Porowski, Padma Lakshmi, and Ayesha Curry; De Laurentiis’ A Taste of the Mediterranean seminar; and Martin Yan’s cooking demo, The Joy of Noodles: One of the World’s Most Versatile Ingredients. And that’s only the tip of the iceberg as there are over two dozen seminars each day of the event.

With so many big personalities in this small town there’s bound to be many standout moments. So be sure to follow along as we cover all the great experiences, here, as we’ll be adding stories throughout the weekend.

As always, philanthropy is an important part of the event’s DNA — a portion of net proceeds will be donated to Food & Wine’s charity partners, No Kid Hungry and Southern Smoke Foundation.

And be sure to save room for more in late November when the 2nd annual Food & Wine Classic in Charleston, South Carolina for a three day festival of delicious bites, thoughtful seminars, and impressive demonstrations.
