England vs. Argentina Rugby Score, Updates And Free Live Stream

The Argentina Los Pumas and England Rugby met for their first test on Saturday as part of a two-match series, hosted just outside of Buenos Aires in La Plata.

Although Argentina entered the contest as the projected favorites, coming off a 28-24 win over the British & Irish Lions a few weeks back, England managed to break the Los Pumas defense in the second half to gain a hefty lead.

England ultimately came away with a 35-12 win over Argentina, a perfect outcome for English co-captain George Ford’s 100th cap.

A stagnant first half saw just three points put on the board from a penalty kick by Ford, as both teams remained poised on defense. But quickly after halftime, England burst out the gate with three tries within 10 minutes, two from winger Tom Roebuck and one from fullback Freddie Steward.

Argentina attempted to make a comeback with two tries of its own, but Ford added two more penalty goals and substitution Cadan Murley sealed the final try for England to take the victory.
