When the women’s North American championship was relinquished by Stephanie Vaquer, NXT General Manager Ava decided the best way to crown a new champion would be a ladder match at the upcoming Stand & Deliver premium live event scheduled for April 19, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. That meant qualifying matches.
They’ve been underway for a number of weeks, with Zaria, Kelani Jordan, Sol Ruca, and Izzi Dame all punching their tickets. Now, the final two names are official.
First, Lola Vice took down a game Tatum Paxley after a surprisingly strong match with the spinning back fist.
Later, none other than Thea Hail made her big return and scored an impressive victory over Karmen Petrovic to round out the field.
